I hear a tiny voice in my head and I wonder who is speaking! I turn and there's no one here with me! Could I be imagining things? The environment has been awfully quite in the last few hours so maybe I am just wishing for someone to talk to.
I hear the tiny voice again and I still wonder what is going on! Only to realise that it is the voice of my favourite person trying to get my attention. He has been speaking to me in the last few hours and I did not even realise He was talking to me since I was so caught up in my own thoughts.
I hear clearly this time around and I move as He instructs me. I do not know my exact destination but I trust His judgement and I know He cannot lead me into danger. I am curious about the journey I have embarked on for I want to immediately know my final destination.
The journey is not an easy one - it involves me constantly listening to my friend for instructions every step of the way but I realised that my attention keeps moving on to other things and constantly I have to return to certain parts of the journey because i have missed an instruction.
But the amazing thing about my friend is that He is patient and willing to teach me every step of the way. His wisdom is unfathomable. He knows all things and He is ready to teach me as long as I am listening to Him. I am still on this long journey with my favourite person and I realised that I am not tired because He strengthens me every step of the way.
Oh what a wonderful person my favourite person is!
